Why Choose The Teaching Institute?

Passion. Excellence. Innovation.

Imagine students whose lecturers are world leaders – emergency and critical care providers in academic centers, community hospitals, and in the field with instant access to relevant and cutting edge medical education technology.

The Teaching Institute is a visionary assemblage of dynamic thinkers, passionately motivated to flip the world of medical education to a dynamic, engaging, and learner-centered environment. Our goal for every course is to develop relevant educational content and strategies to engage and continually challenge the perspectives of medical learners, while guiding the development of a personal framework of leadership and innovation.

TTC Academe
The perfect solution for the academic educator - program directors, academic faculty and administrators within residency programs. TTC Academe is a specialized teaching and learning curriculum designed with the academician in mind.

TTC Road Trip
An abbreviated version of The Teaching Course, typically offered for 1-2 full days. "Road Trip" content can be developed for your specific facility or curricular needs and is available worldwide.

TTC House Calls
Do you have content or a platform that needs professional development and distribution? The team at TTI can come to you! We offer one-on-one consulting services to take your vision to the next level.

The Learning Choreography Academy

The Learning Choreography Academy is a year-long mentored fellowship that focuses on building the foundational skills you need to thrive as a modern educator. We use cutting-edge technology to provide an exceptional educational experience. Once per year, interested applicants can apply to be considered for this selective group – the selection process typically occurs in November or December following The Teaching Course in NYC. LCA fellows are assigned a team of “professors” who meet virtually each month to design a curriculum customized to each fellow’s own unique educational needs. In addition to hours of online one-to-one sessions, LCA fellows have ongoing access to a select group of internationally renowned medical educators throughout their 12 month fellowship, as well as the opportunity to attend a number of different TTI courses worldwide. In addition to offering more than 120 hours of CME credit, LCA fellows are given the opportunity to become TTC faculty for future courses. If you’re not satisfied with the traditional, boring, same old medical education curriculum offered elsewhere, the LCA is a special opportunity to take your career to the next level.
